If the product does not admit repair, it will be exchanged for a new one with similar characteristics and the price paid. The maximum delivery time of the frames of the bicycles, forks, wheels and parts for the frame is thirty (30) to forty-five (45) business days, in case of any novelty with the import of the product you will be notified before the client.

4. Rossetti Bike, guarantees all its original bicycle parts and components for a period of one (1) year from the date of its first acquisition (except chain, pacha, poorly assembled crankset, brake paste, rims, tires or any other element). subject to wear and tear from use).

Rossetti Bike guarantees the painting of the bicycle frames for a period of one (1) year from the date of its first acquisition.

5. The guarantee will not be applicable if in the diagnosis issued it is shown that the defect comes from:

  • Force majeure or fortuitous event.

  • The improper use of the good by the consumer.
