3.Any request for bicycle products and components will be answered within a maximum time of fifteen (15) business days after receipt of the product, therefore, keep in mind that the product will be sent to the supplier or manufacturer for technical diagnosis and its respective repair if it applies. In the case of accessories and spare parts such as (suspensions, brakes, gear levers, derailers etc.) The repair or replacement process will be carried out within thirty (30) following business days from the day of receipt of the application. If the product cannot be repaired, it will be exchanged for a new one with similar characteristics and the price paid. The maximum delivery time of the bicycle frames, forks, wheels and parts for the frame is thirty (30) to forty-five (45) business days, in case of any news with the importation of the product you will be notified prior to the client.


4. Rossetti Bike, guarantees all its original parts and components of the bicycle for a period of one (1) year from the date of its first acquisition (except chain, pacha, cranks for poorly assembled, brake paste, rims, tires or any other element subject to wear and tear).

Rossetti Bike, guarantees the painting of the bicycle frames for a period of one (1) year from the date of its first purchase.

Once this period of one (1) year expires, of the legal guarantee of the original parts and components of the bicycles and of the painting on the frame, the client must assume the payment of any revision, diagnosis, repair and / or replacement. required by the bicycle.


5. The guarantee will not be applicable if the diagnosis issued shows that the defect comes from:

  • Force majeure or a fortuitous event.
  • The fact of a third party.
  • The misuse of the good by the consumer.
  • Damages caused by accidents are not grounds for warranty.
  • That the consumer does not comply with the installation, use or maintenance instructions indicated in the product manual and in the warranty.

6. The shipping costs for both arrival and departure of all products that are requested to use the guarantee must be borne by the requesting client or buyer.
