Please note Rossetti products bought through unauthorized dealers carry NO WARRANTY and are sold as is. If you have any questions about locating authorized dealers please contact us.

  

Manufacturing problems are extremely rare with Rossetti products. However, below are suggestions for solving any problem that you might encounter. Rossetti offers a 2 year warranty on all products against manufacturer's defects. Eligibility for warranty service is determined at the factory by Rossetti returns personnel. Normal wear items such as break pads, tires and tubes are not covered under the 2 year warranty. 

 

If a manufacturing defect is identified, a proof of purchase date will be requested from you and Rossetti will repair or replace the product at no charge. We do not offer refunds. Products damaged due to accident, misuse, or just plain bad luck are not covered. All Rossetti products have an intended purpose, if the product is used outside of that purpose, it will not be covered by our warranty and Rosetti cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur in the process. Examples of misuse include but are not limited to: mountain biking with a Road Bike, tandem riding, and disc brake usage. If you are experiencing a problem with a Rossetti product, the first step is to look at our maintenance tips under the technical information section of this web site www.rossettibike.com. You may find a simple solution to your problem there. Otherwise send a detailed e-mail to sales@rosettibike.com and someone in service will study your case. 

 

If a determination is made that the best course of action would be to return the product to the factory for inspection and repair/replacement you will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#).  It is imperative that you clearly put this RA number on your return box. Upon receipt Rossetti will perform the necessary repair or replacement. Should there be any cost to you, you will be notified prior to any repair being executed. Should you decide that you do not want us to repair or replace the product, you will be required to cover the cost of returning the product to you. If we do not receive a determination from you after 90 days from the receipt of your product at the factory, then the product becomes the property of Rossetti Bikes. 

 

NOTE: When sending in an item for warranty, PLEASE remove all accessory items, such as tires, tubes, rim tape, cassettes,skewers, computer magnets, etc. If you fail to remove these items, we are not responsible if they are lost or damaged. THERE IS A $25 CHARGE PER WHEEL FOR TUBULAR TIRE REMOVAL!!! Damaged products will not be returned.
